I was given undivided attention to my issue, which was quickly resolved in a highly professional manner.

I make basic deposits and withdrawals at the President Ave. Branch and occasionally at the branch near Shaw’s on North Main St. The tellers are competent and friendly. I rarely have to wait more than a few minutes to get service.

Stephen was very friendly. I told him I had relationship with other tellers and now I didn’t know anyone there anymore. He said let’s build a relationship. I liked that.
