I was at the Dartmouth location recently and had the pleasure of getting assistance from a gentleman named Anthony Pauline. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. He took care of all of my "issues" regarding my accounts. He even helped me with the app on my phone. He was very understanding, and answered every single one of my questions and concerns. If I ever need to go inside of any Bank 5, it will be in Dartmouth, and I will always request Anthony!

I set up an account with this bank online. It was very customer friendly and easy to navigate. I had my account set up in minutes. I also got an email from the bank as well as a welcome letter by mail as a new customer to their bank.

I had an outstanding experience last Wednesday at Bank5 in Dartmouth. Sierra Universal Banker. I was unable to use my debit card. This was major problem because I was going to apts at Boston Hospital. You need to use credit or debit card. I was extremely upset when I arrived at the bank. Sierra Reassured me that she could solve the problem. She took her time, explaining every step & was able to reissue me a new card that day. She took the extra step to insure me the card would work by walking with me to ATM outside. I’m so greatfull for her kindness, and her ability to make me feel at easy. Thank you Sierra!!!

The staff at the North Main Street branch were so professional and accommodating. I presented them with a request to print some statements. It was completed in a timely manner. The employees of this branch are a credit to Bank5.

I like the security for online banking. The only way into your account is to get a call with a code. So only you use the code and no one else.

My wife and I renewed two CDs at the Dartmouth branch. The banker Sierra was very friendly and efficient. She mentioned that she had received a directive from Maria concerning our CDs and was ready to process the paperwork. The whole process was carried out quickly and my wife and I were on our way with two renewed CDs in hand. It is always a pleasure to do business at this branch.
