I have used this bank for over 20 years, and I feel the bank personnel are always friendly and professional. I moved out of the state yet I kept this bank due to the way they treat me and always having my best interest in mind .

Sara Pavao in the Swansea branch made the process of opening a new account with Bank5 very easy. We are returning customers and she was able to update our information and get the new account opened in less than 20 minutes, while being friendly, courteous and informative. We had one small issue with the online backing activation and with 1 phone call to her the following day she had it fixed in minutes. Excellent service and excellent face for Bank5.
