My wife and I just got a loan though bankfive for our new home and just wanted to say what a great job Carlos Schryver of bankfive VP mortgage loan officer did for us. He helped us through everything even helped me get a VA loan so we could get the best rate and saved us a lot of money by helping us through the whole process. Very helpful
We went to acushnet Bank 5. In New Bedford and sat down with Ishmael Tavares and he was very helpful and educational. Did everything we needed to do to resolve the issue. The next couple of days I got a phone call from Lisa and she also was very helpful and kind and understanding. I really appreciate the promptness of the phone calls and how it resolved. I recommend Bank to everyone

I sat with Hailee last weekend to open…
I sat with Hailee last weekend to open an account. I ended up opening two accounts with her help and it was a seamless process. I had an account before, but I couldn’t go in the app anymore. Hailee reactivated my app and helped me view my accounts online. She also gave me next steps to move more money in. Hailee was really helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I knew all the information about my accounts before opening them.
