Assistance Branch Manager Ana Is Great!
I experienced an issue with the Bank5 ATM and system malfunctioning. Long story short, Ana took the time to take ownership of the situation provided me with her card and promised me she would resolve the issue first thing the next morning. She did so, made things right and called to let me know. Working in customer service for years I know good customer service when I see it and she displayed just that. Thank you Ana!

Fran at the Dartmouth branch helped my open a bank account. I have had some issues with opening bank accounts due to something from chexsystem but she was able to get it straightened out for me. She spent a few hours with me. She was soooo nice and helpful. Thank you Fran!

Fast friendly service
Bank was very clean when I walked in. Seemed very high class and organized. Tellers were very friendly. I opened a savings account and it was so simple and so fast. When I went a second time to put money in my account everyone was just as friendly and attentive.

I am beyond grateful for Maria Coehlo. She has gone above and beyond to help me on a number of occasions. Most recently I’ve had a hardship in my family and needed paperwork and help along with many other things and she was quick to help me and guide me every step of the way. Monica Botelho is the best mortgage loan officer! She was always there for us whenever we had any questions and answered them promptly and as many times as we needed. As I’m sure many of you know, the process of getting a mortgage loan can be quite stressful. But the experience Monica provided for us was as easy as it could be and we are truly grateful for that.
