Somerset Office

Recently , my husband and I stopped in at the Bank 5,County St. branch in Somerset,MA,to address my maturing IRA CD. We were directed to the office of Doreen Constancia, Bank 5 Branch Manager, and Vice President. She was very professional, engaging,and patient . In addition, Doreen was very knowledgeable and informative, and answered all our questions. In conclusion, it was a pleasure to do business with Doreen Constancia , and reinforced our decision, to continue to do business with Bank 5, all these years. Thank you Patricia & Anthony Gallo

I very seldom use the drive-up window I prefer to go inside and have interaction with the tellers. There are always very pleasant and they have come to know me by my first name which I find very personable

Renee at the Somerset office renewed a CD for me. She was able to match a competitor's rate, thus making me a satisfied Bank5 customer, which I have been for over 40 years. I spoke to Renee by phone on 8-06-24, but actually went into the branch to complete the paperwork on 8-08-24.

I have written this in a prior rating, and I will again reinforce my opinion by saying that my visits to the Somerset branch of BankFive are consistently superior. I have mentioned before that in my career history I was an East Coast Customer Support Manager for a credit card processor and dealt with the customer service departments of 14 different banks, many of which were large institutions. The staff at the Somerset BankFive rates among the absolute best that I have come across in my experience. They are knowledgable, efficient, work as a unit, and possess a camaraderie that is very obvious (and reassuring) to the customers. It is also apparent that they have a concern for each customer. In my opinion, this bank is extremely well managed and has a superior staff. A round of applause, please, for Somerset BankFive!!! Thanks.

My experience began with a notification from Zita of a charge to my checking account. This was a hack since neither my husband nor I ever dealt with the account where the withdrawal originated. I immediately went to the Somerset branch where both the manager, Donna and Renee Ferreira helped me. Renee, in contact with Zita, guided me throughout the process and went above and beyond to help with this very upsetting situation. She spent a lot of time answering all my questions and getting answers to this problem. I appreciate the consideration of my needs being met by Renee, Zita and Donna. They are true professionals and an invaluable asset to Bank5 customers.
