Super easy experience with near instant responses from our loan officer night and day via text. We got a great rate and I was walked through the loan experience very clearly; our loan officer even helped us get a sub stain to Al rate discount that I didn’t even know existed. I recently decided that it was time to refinance my mortgage because the rates had dropped by two points. I called the mortgage broker I had used in the past, Jim Hanewich, and spoke to him about this. He is by far the best person I've ever used for my mortgage needs. He is helpful beyond words, helped me when I had questions re: filling out the application online, and walked me through what I thought was a problem and I had a meltdown. He explained everything to me before the closing, so I felt more confident, and the closing went very smoothly. I would highly recommend him as your broker. Bank Five is fortunate to have him.
