I have been very pleased with my experience at Bank 5. My first impression upon arrival was the branch manager, Fran, helping a customer into their car. Then she held the door open for me and welcomed me! The service was impeccable with Fran being able to communicate quickly with her district office in order to offer me a great rate for my new account. I observed the bankers welcoming customers by name as they entered the building - lots of smiles. The environment in the bank is inviting and orderly. The fact that Bank 5 is covered by FDIC and DIF is crucial. I feel secure and comfortable every time I do business with Bank 5 whether it be drive-up, online, or walk-in.

I am and have been a huge fan of BankFive since shortly after they opened branch in my town. The staff are wonderful! To me, banking has always been about the personal experience of a good relationship with my local bank vs online banking or just getting the best rates. I hope always to stay a BankFive customer.

I’ve had a number of situations where Maria Coelho of the Fairhaven branch has been so patient and helpful. From a refinance closing to account set up, she has been incredible. She even helped my children set up their online banking ❤️We love Maria!
