I’ve been doing business with Bank 5 since they were 5cents savings bank and always been very satisfied with their great customer service.

I always have a great experience at the flint branch. Branch manager Nicole is always extremely helpful and kind whenever me or my family have any banking needs. For this transaction in branch, Gilda was more than amazing, always greeting me with a warm smile. Renee and Dan have also been a pleasure to work with in branch as well. Never a bad experience at the flint!

I always found the tellers helpful friendly and polite. The lobby is always immaculate and bright !

Over the past year we have had to implement numerous account changes including - new accounts, closing accounts, changing signatories, Electronic transfers to other companies, etc. Mitchell, has provided amazing service. - Exceptionally Easy to work with - Expedient at implementing bank 5 processes, for us as needed. - Explains signing, etc documentation clearly and simply - Always very accomodating to set up f2f meetings as needed. - Calls back quickly for questions etc. I can't imagine accomplishing all that we have at B5 over the past year without Mitchell's help. I came to Bank Five hoping to get a line of credit on my personal home. I met with Alycia Clark she was not only extremely professional, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable I feel she went above and beyond to help me with the loan application along with organizing/copy all my paperwork needed for this loan. I feel she is an absolute asset to your bank.

Both counter bankers were able to find why my debit card was not working. I had a fraud alert for a small amount that had appeared in February. They were very diligent in figuring out why my normal charges were declined.

The customer service in Somerset branch is exceptional. They all go above and beyond to help with all my banking needs.
