We recently closed on a mortgage to purchase our home. My understanding from a few of the parties involved is that our process was more difficult and complex than most mortgages. Throughout it all, our loan officer, Michael Mendonca, a Vice President in BankFive's Bristol office, went above and beyond in helping us to successfully close our loan. His communication was was constant and first-rate ditto his "bedside manner". He kept things moving and was our advocate when certain requests from the investor seemed a bit beyond the pale (e.g., requesting May, 2024 financial statements ... before the end of May, 2024). Without his steady guidance and excellent counsel I'm not sure we would have made it.
I would also like to bring to your attention the excellent service provided by Danielle Velasquez, the Mortgage Loan Processor who handled our application. Ms. Velasquez' communications were also clear, prompt, and helpful. She and Michael M. kept everything on track and, again, were our advocates throughout.
BankFive is lucky to have these two employees. We look forward to doing business with you in the future.

There are a lot of good things to say about the Bank 5 of Bristol. The women that work there Nancy, Paula, and Alicia are good people. They always answer your questions. They’ll also do the best they can for you. I am very happy with Bank 5 oh yeah, and there is another woman that works there but I forgot her name sorry.
