Jeff oversees the bank's Customer Contact Center and Retail Operations teams, as well as the bank's digital banking systems. "Our Contact Center is essentially a remote banking center, minus the cash," says Jeff. "My team and I are responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience through great service and product knowledge."
Working out of BankFive's main office in Fall River, Jeff understands the value that digital banking channels bring to BankFive's overall network. He has more than a dozen years of banking experience, and it doesn't hurt that he also has a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Network Engineering, and Computer Repair. That kind of background is not only helpful in Jeff's tech-focused customer support position, but comes in handy in his role as a member of BankFive's Technology Committee as well.
Jeff is also the President and Co-Owner of Garden Patch, a retail garden center business with stores in Taunton and Raynham. As an extension of his gardening business, Jeff is also involved in cleanup efforts in Taunton. The Garden Patch hosts several cleanup events annually in areas that aren't maintained by the city's Parks and Recreation department.
With so much on his plate, it's a wonder Jeff has any spare time, but when he does he enjoys golfing, fishing, and traveling. His favorite vacation spots are North Truro and Myrtle Beach, and his culinary go-to is Chinese food.
