Born and raised in Tiverton, Tracy is happy to work in the community she’s known since childhood. Growing up, she would visit our Globe Branch with her grandmother. Even back then, she knew she wanted to have a career in banking someday. We think it’s safe to say that Tracy has reached her goal, as she now has 26 years of banking experience under her belt!
In her current role of Assistant Vice President, Collections Department Manager, Tracy helps borrowers resolve financial issues so they can stay current on their loans. Before finding her niche in this position, Tracy worked as a Senior Teller and Customer Service Representative at BankFive.
Tracy held several positions in her career prior to joining the BankFive team. She was a Customer Service Desk Supervisor at K-Mart, a Teller at St. Anne’s Credit Union, and a Branch Manager/Loan Officer at SJB Federal Credit Union. If she hadn’t had dreams of working in banking from a young age, Tracy says she would likely be an interpreter for the deaf. “I have always had an interest in sign language,” she says.
Outside of work, Tracy loves to bake, do home improvements, shop, and spend time with her family. She also dedicates her time to fundraising for the American Diabetes Association.
Tracy says her favorite part of working at BankFive is the people. “You can talk to anyone in management at any time. It’s a family atmosphere where everyone gets treated fairly and has the ability to succeed and advance within the Bank.”
We're so lucky that Tracy decided to pursue a career with BankFive, and we’re always looking for talented and dedicated individuals, like her, to join our team. To learn more about employment at BankFive, including our benefits and current available positions, visit our Careers page.
