And it's not just Stephanie who would enjoy spending time with the basketball legend; her father would want to be in on that meeting as well. While Stephanie was growing up, she played basketball for nine years. And she and her father even had a 6-foot tall cardboard cutout of Michael Jordan in their house! “My father and I would watch games over and over, learning how I could improve my own game,” she says.
Today, Stephanie lives and works in Bristol, RI. She started as a part-time teller for BankFive in 2008 and has worked her way up to her current position of Small Business Specialist. “I like to think I have one of the best jobs at BankFive,” she says. “My main focus is to help businesses achieve their goals, whether it be through commercial and residential loans, or just simply managing their accounts.”
Stephanie holds an associate’s degree in business management from Bristol Community College. She's also actively involved with the United Way of Greater Fall River, having served as a "Loaned Executive" for the organization in 2018. She spends her free time with her family, friends, and 4-year-old daughter Zoey. And depending on the time of year, you can usually find her either boating or snowboarding.
And if Stephanie wasn't in the banking industry, what would she be doing? “I would own a food truck selling a variety of nachos, and of course, tacos!”, she says.
We're always looking for talented and dedicated individuals like Stephanie to join the BankFive team. To learn more about employment at BankFive, including our benefits and current available positions, visit our Careers page.
