BankFive is the ABSOLUTE BEST.
Prior to working with BankFive, I had been approved by a large lender for a mortgage loan. Unfortunately, that fell through due to some legal requirements that the other lender could not resolve, as they were not equipped to handle specific MA state laws. I reached out to BankFive and was able to fast track an application, get all my documents in quickly, and have a conditional approval quickly and efficiently! My rate was even lower with BankFive than the other lender, so I ended up saving in the end!!
The mortgage process is stressful, but my loan officer Jim Hanewich was AMAZING. He was extremely communicative, fast and efficient, and overall just a great person to work with. Not only did he explain everything and help me get my mortgage approved and closed, but he also calmed my anxieties throughout. He was my advocate to help us close on time, even in the midst of a historic blizzard, and I cannot say enough about how amazing working with him was! Buying a home is extremely stressful, but working with Jim and BankFive helped ease all of the anxiety related to the lending piece of it all!

Bank 5 service is 2nd to none. I've purchased multiple homes, refied multiple loans, and Bank 5 has outdone every other mortgage firm. Any concern I had along the way, was addressed immediately to my delight. They also had the best rate. I highly recommend them and I reserve that for rare gems.
