Help us in congratulating our Somerset Branch Manager, Doreen Constancia, on her recent milestone anniversary: 35 years of service with BankFive!
Doreen began her career at BankFive as a Teller after graduating from high school. Since then, she has moved up the ranks, working as a Supervisor of Retail Operations before being promoted to her current role of Vice President, Branch Manager. Doreen wears many hats as the leader of our Somerset Branch –overseeing a staff of six and assisting customers with any of their banking needs, whether that be opening an account, getting a loan, or just seeking guidance about their long-term financial goals.
While working at BankFive, Doreen has taken several business courses at Bristol Community College and earned a degree in Financial Studies from Babson College. She says if she had not found her way into the banking industry she would likely have become a CPA. We’re so glad Doreen joined the BankFive family at a young age and never looked back!
A resident of Dighton, Doreen enjoys reading a good book outside of work. She also volunteers with Junior Achievement of Southeastern Massachusetts to mentor young people in the local community and prepare them for their careers.
Doreen’s favorite part of working at BankFive is helping our customers with their financial needs and building relationships with them. She says, “We get to know our customers and they become family”.
