William N. Beauchene,
Senior Vice President, Commercial Lending, previously First Vice President was hired in 2013 and has consistently been a top sales performer with over 35 years of experience. Bill has led the Bank’s efforts in the RI market. He is a member of the RI Bankers Association and Chamber of Commerce and is well known and respected in the market. Bill’s loyal following and contacts in RI have helped the Bank’s efforts to expand its footprint and market share.
Charlie A. DeSimone,
Senior Vice President, Commercial Lending joined the Bank on December 31, 2020 and quickly hit the ground running. Charlie is well known and respected in the Cape market and maintains a strong following of business customers. He has over 30 years’ experience in the industry and leadership in the Cape market.
Lynn A. Motta,
Senior Vice President, Commercial Lending, began her career at BankFive in 2008 as Commercial Lending Vice President, then was promoted to First Vice President. During that time, she has proven herself as a consistent top performer. Lynn is actively involved in the community, and was named to the Board of Trustees at Bristol Community College by Governor Baker. She has over 20 years’ experience in the industry and leadership in the community.
Jimmy Costa,
Senior Vice President, Retail joined the Bank in 2018. During his tenure here, Jimmy has provided leadership, coaching, and revenue development to the retail and Infinex teams. Initiatives such as CXI for foreign currency, merchant services, licensed banker program, small business specialists have increased revenue. Jimmy is a consistent performer, who always exceeds his sales goals.
