If you're looking for someone at BankFive who's worked themselves up the employment ladder, you don't need to look any further than Priscilla Beaulieu. Starting out as an intern, 20 years ago, she's made her way to her current position of Human Resources Officer.
Priscilla, who works in BankFive's corporate office, is responsible for a variety of HR functions, including benefits administration, recruitment/employment, onboarding, and employee health and wellness. To say she's constantly busy would be an understatement.
A resident of Swansea, her schedule at home is just as hectic. "You can always find me on the baseball/football field, or basketball court with my two boys. I also enjoy shopping and reading a great novel."
If that's not enough to keep her on the go, Priscilla is Secretary of the SouthCoast Human Resources Council and serves on the United Way Allocations Committee. She also volunteers her time to the United Way's Mobile Market and the American Heart Association. Priscilla is a graduate of the New England School for Financial Studies at Babson College and also earned her HR Certificate Series I & II from AIM. She is also working on her Bachelor's Degree, utilizing an employee benefit; BankFive's Educational Assistance Program!
As for her perfect "down time" spot? That would be Magens Bay on the Caribbean island of Saint Thomas.
Had she not pursued a career in banking, Priscilla would probably be whipping up confectionary treats at her own cupcake shop. Talk about a "sweet" change of pace!
