Ms. Terranova is a resident of Jamestown, RI, with more than 15 years of experience in an Information Technology Leadership Role within the banking industry. Her previous positions include Senior Vice President/CIO at Centreville Bank and Vice President/Information Technology at St. Anne’s Credit Union.

Her experience in IT Operations gives Maureen firsthand knowledge of the interface between customers and technology, which enables her to deliver technical solutions that meet customer expectations. Whether it is online or mobile banking, Ms. Terranova understands the importance of digital services in the 21st Century and will ensure that the Bank's technology needs are met now and in the future.
As the IT expert on our Senior Management Team, Ms. Terranova will guide our ongoing efforts in cybersecurity. She will apply her expertise to ensure the Bank is deploying innovative solutions that protect its customers.
In support of BankFive's investments in innovation, Maureen will explore emerging technologies to ensure the delivery of the best digital solutions for financial services. She will investigate solutions for business continuity and disaster recovery.
