BankFive announced today that it has promoted four employees to new positions within the bank. All have been with BankFive for nine or more years.
Stephanie E. DeSousa has been promoted to Small Business Officer. A BankFive employee for nearly 11 years, DeSousa has held other positions within the bank, including Small Business Specialist, Branch Assistant, and Senior Teller. Located at the Bristol office, her new responsibilities include maintaining existing business relationships and establishing new ones. DeSousa, who has an associate’s degree in business administration and general management, is involved with the United Way of Greater Fall River and Young Professionals of Greater Fall River.
Luke Lehman has been promoted to Assistant Vice President - Commercial Relationship Manager. His responsibilities include developing new commercial relationships and analyzing a variety of new loan requests. His office is located at Fall River. The nine-year banking veteran previously was a Banking Officer – Commercial Relationship Manager. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Massachusetts. Lehman is involved with RMA New England and Massachusetts Bankers Association. He serves as a volunteer with United Way of Greater New Bedford, Junior Achievement of Southeastern Massachusetts, and Rise Up for Homes. He also is involved with Leadership Southcoast, Southcoast Chamber of Commerce, and New Life Southcoast.
Tracy L. Rogers has been promoted to Assistant Vice President – Collections Manager. A 17-year veteran of BankFive, she previously was Banking Officer – Collections Manager.
