Joe Varraso is a Vice President in the Commercial Services Department and works out of our Corporate Office in Fall River. He joined BankFive in 2022, bringing with him more than 25 years of commercial lending experience. Prior to his current role, Joe served as a Commercial Lender at BankProv. He holds a bachelor's degree in Finance from Bentley College and is involved with many professional organizations, including Mass Innovation Network, BUILD, and the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce. Joe is an active member of the local community, volunteering with the Greater Boston Food Bank, Plymouth Area Coalition, South Shore Habitat for Humanity, Friends of Plymouth Pound, and the Greater Boston YMCA.

I had an issue with my business checks that was ordered for me. Between the check company having my old address and additional information that was incorrect my stress level was through the roof. I spoke with Nicole Macedo and she had everything corrected and my checks in hand in less then 4 days. She is by far the easiest and most professional employee from bank 5 that I had ever worked with. Not only does she handle every situation professionally she has an amazing sense of humor.
