We are long term customers of Bank Five; we usually go to the Swansea branch. We are extremely pleased with the level of customer service provided by Jared Smith. We have a rental property business and he has assisted us in many different banking needs- loans, savings accounts, mortgages, interest rates etc... He always has the answer and is so efficient and personable. The reason we have remained with Bank Five for many years is mainly due to Jared and his kind and professional manner . He is an extremely valuable employee to your bank!

After speaking with one staff member, the manager, who overheard part of the conversation, approached me with further information regarding banking options. I was so impressed with their customer service, that I have decided to transfer my business banking acct from BofA to Bank 5.
